Această afirmaţie este reală dacă luăm în considerare preţul tuturor bunurilor din cadrul unei economii şi nu doar la nivelul coşului zilnic de consum, faţă de care este calculat indicele preţurilor.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Banii reprezintă într-o economie un bun a cărui scop principal este acela de a uşura schimbul celorlalte bunuri şi servicii. Atâta timp cât masa monetară de pe piaţă, viteza de circulaţie a acesteia precum şi volumul de bunuri şi servicii rămân constante şi nivelul general al preţurilor va rămâne constant.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dacă cresc salariile, nici unul dintre cei patru factori nu se va modifica. Creşterea salarială fiind realizată în aceste condiţii din masa monetară de care dispun firmele, instituţiile bugetare etc.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:+0;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Cum cresc totuşi preţurile? &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;Statul creează bani, sub forma monedelor şi a bancnotelor, iar băncile pot crea bani virtuali, adică pot spre exemplu să realizeze împrumuturi şi implicit să crească oferta de masă monetară de pe piaţă, fără a deţine efectiv banii respectivi. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;Să presupunem că la momentul t există 20.000 de bunuri şi servicii supuse vânzării şi 200.000 unităţi monetare. O firmă care are salariaţi capabili, motivaţi cu atitudini pozitive şi de ce nu loiali va găsi întotdeauna strategii, tactici pentru a-şi asigura dezvoltarea durabilă pe termen nedeterminat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;"Client" direct sau indirect al produselor companiei&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"&gt;         Salariaţii participă adesea, în mod direct dar mai ales indirect, la vanzarea produselor propriei firme. Acest fenomen apare de fiecare dată cand salariaţii asigură circulaţia masei monetare (a banilor) priin modalităţi precum:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"&gt;Cumpărarea produselor firmei la care lucrează&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"&gt;Asigurarea veniturilor consumatorilor firmei. Acest fenomen apare atunci cand salariaţii achiziţionează bunuri şi servicii care aduc venituri altor unităţi economice şi implicit angajaţilor acestora. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;blockquote&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"&gt;Aţi ajuns la concluzia că este necesară schimbarea mobilei, aşa că mergeţi la un magazin de profil şi achiziţionaţi mobilierul visat. Din banii dumneavoastră vor fi plătiţi salariaţii firmei de la care aţi achiziţionat mobila. Cu leafa primită unul dintre salariaţii magazinului de mobilă vine la dumneavoastră în magazinul de electrocasnice şi achiziţionează un televizor. În aceeaşi zi o persoană ia un credit de la respectiva bancă în scopul achiziţionării unui aparat electrocasnic chiar din magazinul la care lucraţi.
